Up to 25% of the total expenses forgiven over the first 8 weeks can be allocated for Mortgage/Rent/Utilities/Health Benefits/Interest can be potentially be included in the forgiven part of the loan To Qualify:
You should not have defaulted on any previous SBA Loan in the past 7 years
You should have under 500 employees
You can apply for each company one time separately with anyone over 20% ownership on the application
If you have multiple companies you are applying for then you must submit one application per company
If you are self-employed receiving 1099's then you can apply as well
