We just wanted to let everyone know that Tom Scholle has been there for us from the first day we contacted him about wanting to buy our first home together. We hit some snags on our end at first, at no fault of Tom's. So we had to wait awhile. We stayed in touch with Tom with him being Military and Mickey being Military we all got along great and worked well together. We were finally ready to start our process again. Tom was very efficient, very knowledgeable and was always there for us. When we would call him for a question or anything if he didn't answer, we would leave a message and he would get right back to us in a timely manner. We have nothing but praise for Tom. He knew our situation of us raising our young grandson and our financial situation. Things seemed at first to be a little rough but Tom kept cruching numbers and worked diligently into the night to make our loan go through. He is just a really good person who cares about his clients. When it was getting closer for finalizing our loan we were getting so excited BUT nervous too because this was our first house  that we were buying TOGETHER after 22 years of marriage. When we got the call that it was a go we felt a big sigh of relief and it was all GOD'S PLAN for it to happen.
We still call Tom 2 years after we closed on our HOME  just to stay in touch, ask questions and get advice on other things. We have already started talking to Tom about doing a VA STREAMLINE when the market gets back down. We would again highly recommend Tom Scholle for your home buying needs. Our family, including our precious grandson is happy to be in a home that is ours.
Again we can't even put into words what Tom means to us and how much he helped us out.

In 2008, I had a very high interest mortgage and decided to refinance after the rates came down. 

Fortunately, I had heard about Tom Scholle and decided to talk with him. It was a win-win from the start. He walked me through all the details and what was going to be happening. I decided to let him handle my refinance. He got me a very low rate, which reduced my mortgage payments considerably.  After telling my son about my experience, he also decided to talk to Tom Scholle. He also refinanced his home. Thank the Lord he did, as he was suffering from lung cancer and has since passed on. His decision to refinance helped his family to ease the financial burden.

    Recently, as I was approaching retirement, I wanted to clean up any debts, etc. Since my first refinance went so well, I called Tom again. And again, he helped me get a great rate, get rid of my debts and so I can feel at ease being retired. Thank you, Tom!
